ATLAS

ATLAS is a self-optimizing BLAS implementation that automatically tunes itself for any given machine, achieving performance comparable to that of hand-coded, vendor-tuned libraries. It provides complete BLAS support (all levels and datatypes), both C and Fortran interfaces, and even specially-optimized versions of some LAPACK routines.
