Description on how to do a chalk style in photoshop:
Okay, first, Create a new image with a Black Background. then stamp a White font. Unselect.

Then, Gaussian Blur 2.5. Styleze/diffuse with defaults. Disort/ripple Medium, ammount 75.

Stylize/Find edges

Image/Map/Invert (tada!)
