PolRadTran
PolRadTran is a plane-parallel fully-polarized atmospheric radiative transfer model. There are two related
models:
- rt3 for solar or thermal radiation in a medium of randomly oriented particles;
- rt4 for thermal radiation in a medium of azimuthally symmetric oriented particles.
The models are written in Fortran and come with Unix example scripts.

Targeted Platforms:
Fortran 77 which allows long
subroutine and variable names and the use of ENDDO in DO loops.
