DEFW DEFW is a simulation program devoted to the simulation of section topographs of dislocations. It must be used only when the incident wave along the entrance surface of the crystal can be considered as a spherical wave In the case of plane wave topographs, i.e. when using a good monochromator please, use DEF4.
