Wise2

Wise2 is a package specialised in comparisons of DNA sequence at the level of their conceptual translation, even if that DNA has either introns or sequencing error present.

Wise2 is not designed to work on its own. For describing protein domains it uses the powerful HMMer software and the database Pfam. For viewing the results it best used in conjunction with a program such as Acedb. Wise2 takes full advantage of the Dynamite code generating language.
