PyMOL PyMOL is a molecular graphics system with an embedded Python interpreter designed for general purpose visualization and for rapid generation of high-quality molecular graphics animations. It is is fully extensible and available free to everyone via the "Python" license. Although still early in development, PyMOL can already be used to generate molecular images and movies with relative ease.
