PovChem

PovChem takes three-dimensional chemical information in the Protein Data Bank format, constructs a model, and outputs a plain-text file that contains that model in the POV-Ray format. Its interface is simple: it asks the user key questions on what type of model is desired, then generates all that is needed for a basic POV-Ray scene, including camera position, lights, texture, and colors. No knowledge of POV-Ray's command language is necessary, and in fact, PovChem can be configured to call POV-Ray automatically. Machine Requirements
