NanoCAD

NanoCAD is a project to put together a GNU-licensed CAD program suitable for designing and testing nanotechnological widgets. The illustration above shows a screen dump of the graphical user interface. NanoCAD brings together two disciplines, computer-aided design and molecular modelling, to help people design molecules and perform dynamic mechanical testing on them.
The previous version of NanoCAD is a Scheme program that runs on the MrEd interpreter. The current version was written in Java and can be used on Java enabled web broweser.
