GeneMark

GeneMark is a package for finding gene locations within unannotated sequence texts using mathematical models of gene encoding. The package is available for a wide number of computing platforms and features RBS site analysis, sequence frameshift detection, easy to read graphical output and reports, and statistics for a wide array of organisms. The package also includes a utility for creating matrices for use with GeneMark.
