SystemC The Open SystemC Initiative (OSCI) is to establish a modeling platform that enables, promotes and accelerates system-level co-design and IP exchange. SystemC is a modeling platform consisting of C++ class libraries and a simulation kernel for design at the system-, behaviroal- and register-transfer-levels. Designers create models using SystemC and standard ANSI C++. EDA vendors create tools that are automatically interoperatable.
