DAI Signalscan DAI (Design Acceleration Inc.) Signalscan is a complete waveform viewing and simulation analysis environment for Verilog and mixed Verilog/analog simulation with a tightly coupled source code debugging environment. DAI Signalscan Pro adds a tightly coupled source code debugging environment to the DAI Signalscan waveform viewing and analysis tools. Signals are loaded from the SST simulation database in a fraction of the time it takes to load signals from a conventional VCD file. Simulations run faster when recording large numbers of signals. Signals may be backtraced from the waveform or source code views without the need to refer to a schematic. DAI Signalscan includes a new time domain called Sequence Time (patent pending) which gives designers a graphical view of the sequence order of Verilog code execution. This enables speedy identification of subtle bugs which are execution order dependent.
