HDLLint HDLLint is a powerful Lint program for Verilog and VHDL. Included with HDL Lint, is Interactive Tool, the GUI interface for HDL Lint. This software suite automatically extracts state diagrams, and locates potential race conditions, in addition to including a large number of other features such as RTL or gate schematics, and graphical schematic signal trace back. This set of tools also allows the user to interactively contr ol virtually any Verilog or VHDL simulator and provides simulator start, stop, interrupt, step, and breakpoint. These tools als o provide the users with a "Virtual Simulator," allowing the user to step the source code execution either forward or backward e ven when no simulator license is currently checked out.
