PASSCAL

The Program for the Array Seismic Studies of the Continental Lithosphere (PASSCAL) is a facilities program supported by the National Science Foundation. The purpose of the program is to provide modern state-of-the-art equipment to do field research in seismology. This document is intended to clarify the responsibilities of the various parties so that the processes of experiment planning, proposal and execution can be effectively with as little chance of misunderstanding as possible.

The software is written for UNIX/X platforms with C or Tcl/Tk.
