HLA RTI
High Level Architecture (HLA) is a a general purpose architecture for simulation reuse and interoperability. The High Level Architecture is composed of three parts: the HLA Rules, the HLA Interface Specification, and the Object Model Template. The first RTI (Run Time Infrastructure) software implementation was make available by DMSO (the Defense Modeling and Simulation Office) and is fully compliant with the 1.3 HLA interface specification.
