AME

AME (A Modelling Environment) is a tool for building and running simulation models in ecology, forestry, agriculture and environmental science. A powerful diagrammatic language is provided for designing models, including both System Dynamics and object-oriented concepts, and modular model construction is supported. The resulting models can be run very efficiently as compiled C programs, and you can either use built-in methods for displaying results or provide your own.
