Empress Embedded Developer's Toolkit oThe Embedded Empress Developer's Toolkit suite is an applications development toolkit for embedded systems developers. It features the reliable, highly scalable Empress RDBMS with its fast, compact database engine, support for diverse data types, and a pure Java client. Other features include object-like components in the form of User-Defined Functions, interfaces which give you greater control in database tuning, and Internet interfacing tools. The Suite includes Empress RDBMS, Empress Dynamic SQL for embedding ANSI SQL statements in your C programs, Empress ODBC Server and Clients (Empress Connectivity) for rapid database transfer, and the Empress Internet Applications Development Toolkit (Empress Hypermedia) for creating dynamic, interactive Web pages.
