barracuda Barracuda is a BibTeX database manager. BibTeX is a program that looks up citation references in a database and then writes them to a file that is used by TeX/LaTeX. Barracuda is used to edit BibTeX database files. It is mostly self explanatory and easy to use but comes with relatively complete HTML documentation. Barracuda was written as a examination for the course 'Programutvecklingsprojekt' at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm. It was placed under the GPL and since the original authors are no longer able to maintain barracuda the project is now maintained by me in the hope, that a few others may join the effort.
