SAL Home DBASE Object-Oriented DBMS


db4o - database for objects - is a Java object database. It features automatic object recognition, a query-by-example interface, navigation and a JDBC interface. The free edition is redistributable in non-commercial applications. The footprint of less than 60kB makes it possible to use the database on the webclient side. A micro edition, specially designed for low resource environments, is also available.
