/rdb

/rdb is a RDBMS and applications development system for Unix. /rdb commands are shell-level programs which read tables from the standard input and write tables to the standard output. All relational operators are supported, as well as fast access methods, a vi-like forms editor, a powerful report generator, menus and data transformation utilities. Views, reports and more complex applications are implemented as shell programs. Close integration with Unix is key: development time and CPU overhead is minimal. Network applications, client-server interactions and X Window System interfaces are fully supported.
