D3 D3 is an open, high-performance, nested relational MDBMS (multidimensional database management system) balancing the need of business users for OLAP (On-Line Analytical Processing) and generalized decision support, as well as on-line transaction processing. It is a multi-user database engine that comes complete with a rapid application development FlashBASIC language which compiles down to lightning-fast C-executable code. It comes with an English-like query processor for data retrieval which allows full database access without ever doing a single join, and connects through ODBC and proprietary APIs.
