SEDIT

SEDIT is a powerful UNIX (tm) text editor patterned after IBM's XEDIT editor. It provides a GUI interface which leverages the MOTIF or OPENLOOK X Window manager to provide a text editing environment in which programmers familiar with with XEDIT (or KEDIT from Mansfield Software) will feel quite comfortable. For those situations where X is not usable, SEDIT also works as a character mode editor.
