ped This is a text editor with a dual vi/emacs interface. It's written in perl for those who would be more comfortable customizing thier text editor using perl than elisp. It supports multiple buffer modes, an oop architecture and online help. Currently has a Fundamental mode and stub modes for HTML and XML.
