AFT AFT is a document preparation system. It is a mark up system like SGML, HTML and LaTeX. The difference between AFT and those systems is that AFT requires very little mark up (i.e. it promotes free text). You can write your documents in AFT and produce HTML and LaTeX output. Unprocessed AFT is quite readable in its own right!
