User Comments:

  • March 25, 1998. A user who wishes to remain anonymous comments: I do not recommend purchasing Applixware. There are still too many bugs and problems to make it acceptable. Many bugs are related to the user interface. For example the editor won't let you type foreign characters conveniently at the keyboard. The spreadsheet is pathetic with respect to typography and graphics (charts) editing. A source where you can get a fresh update on how bad things are is at www.redhat.com in the Applixware mailing-list archive.
