Vogl

VOGL (very ordinary GL Like Library) is a device portable graphics library that tries to be Silicon Graphics Iris GL compatible. The intention is that any VOGL program will compile unchanged on a machine running SGI GL (the examples do). VOGL has drivers for postcript, sun workstation, apollo workstations, X11-Windows (R2, R3 & R4), tektronix (401x), hpgl, dxy, and the ibm pc cards: hercules mono, cga, ega, vga and sigma, and is callable from C or Fortran.

The original was extended to include Z buffer, Gouraud interpolation and RGB mode to Bernie's library, which is version 1.6.2g. But this version doesn't support Fortran and all device drivers except for the X-window system.
However, since GL is outdated, if you are writting a new code, use OpenGL or Mesa instead. If your are porting GL programs to Linux, maybe RepGL and Mesa together are a better choice.
