Wing IDE Wing IDE is an integrated development environment for the Python programming language. Its features include a graphical debugger with the ability to debug remote processes such as Web CGIs, and a powerful source code editor that supports syntax highlighting, auto-completion, auto-indentation, a source structure menu, multi-part key bindings, keyboard/command macros, and an Emacs personality. It also includes a module- and class-oriented code browser that is updated as source code changes. Wing supports Python 1.5.2 and Python 2.0, and installs easily on most current Linux distributions.
