OSE OSE is an environment designed to assist the day to day activities of software developers. The intent is to reduce the amount of time developers waste on building the infrastucture needed to support their work, thus allowing them to get onto the real job of writing the code which is unique to their application. The package is mainly targeted at C++ programmers and consists of three main parts. These are an extensive C++ class library, a build environment based on GNU Make, and documentation extraction tools for producing hardcopy as well as online documentation.
