Jipe Jipe stands for Java(tm) Integrated Programming Environment, and is basically an easy to use & FREE Java IDE. It is based around a collection of freely available Java(tm) applications that allow programmers to manipulate source code, compile,debug and run their own applications and applets from within the Jipe environment. One of the main aims of Jipe is to ensure that it works on all platforms. Jipe uses mpEDIT as the source code editor. Jipe allows users to edit, compile, run, and debug Java applets and applications from within the Jipe environment. It also features a project manager, class browser, jar file manager and a document indenter.
