AccuRev/CM AccuRev is a fast, powerful, and easy-to-use "Timesafe" SCM tool which is based on the idea that the past can't change. AccuRev records all merges, so you never have to re-merge the same code. It integrates easily with bug-tracking tools via triggers, supports file and directory renaming, follows a client/server model, and is transaction-based. Servers and clients run on Unix, Linux, NT, and Windows. There are both command line and GUI interfaces for all platforms. It includes the graphical 3-way diff and merge tool, TkDiff.
