TXL

TXL is a unique programming language and rapid prototyping system specifically designed to support source text analysis and transformation tasks. It is particularly well suited to tasks that involve structural analysis and transformation of formal notations such as programming languages, specification languages, and structured document notations such as XML and HTML. TXL Light is a licensed freeware implementation of TXL.
