dicom2 dicom2 is a free command-line driven program which allows you to convert medical images and DICOM files to various other formats (PNG, BMP, TARGA, raw, DICOM), while optionally performing some rudimentary image processing tasks. It reads DICOM file, or raw data-sets (ACR/NEMA), and allows batch conversion.
