PMOD PMOD is a Java Software for Kinetic Modeling and Medical Image Processing. The PMOD software supports all processing steps for medical image quantitation. It consists of tools for the definition of 3D volumes-of-interest, the extraction of time-activity curves (TAC) from dynamic series, the comprehensive kinetic modeling of curves, and the calculation of functional maps by pixel-wise models. Besides analytical purposes it is an educational tool which allows to demonstrate the behaviour of compartment models. As DICOM connectivity is fully supported, PMOD may serve as a medical image viewing station.
