MEDx MEDx is a functional image visualization and analysis program capable of processing and combining multidimensional data from various imaging modalities, including MRI, CT, PET and SPECT. It includes a wide variety of tools needed for functional image analysis. These tools can be combined using the Tcl scripting language to construct customized analysis modules.
