Freedom VR

Freedom VR (Virtual Reality) is a Java applet. It supports for hotspots, 2D navigation and keyboard navigation and it downloads quickly into any java enabled web browser.

Freedom VR implements what Apple calls an "object movie"; Freedom VR stores one image for every viewpoint of an object. Twelve images are usually adequate for an object, and we are told than nine are necessary for a panorama. Freedom VR does not implement smooth scrolling and the "stitching" of images into a panorama, although we may implement this in the future.
