Hood

Hood is a C++ user-level threads library for multiprogrammed multiprocessors that is efficient in theory and in practice. Hood's user-level threads are scheduled with a non-blocking implementation of the work-stealing algorithm. Regardless of how the kernel chooses to schedule (light-weight) processes (or kernel-level threads) onto processors, Hood's scheduler is able to utilize processor resources with guaranteed efficiency.
