mpC

mpC is an ANSI C and C[] superset based on the notion of network comprising processor nodes of different types and performances connected via links of different bandwidths.

The language and its program environment is the only tool supporting easy efficiently portable modular parallel programming for wide range of distributed memory computer systems (especially for heterogeneous networks of computers). Efficient portability means that an mpC application will run as efficient as possible on any particular heterogeneous parallel system (utilizing its performance potential completely).
