Avatar Job Scheduling System
Avatar is a robust job scheduling application suite, with
a highly sophisticated built-in scheduler. Avatar provides the
ability to start jobs, stop jobs, and pause running jobs. It
provides the capability to load balance commands, securely transfer
files between machines (without the use of passwords), start jobs on
remote machines, switch users during a job, start commands with
non-repetitive schedules, and many more features. It comes with a
Motif interface
to the server, as well as a curses based interface. Important features
