SCATTERLIB SCATTERLIB is a library of single and multiple (radiative transfer) light scattering codes. The applications are: atmospheric and oceanic radiative transfer, ocean color, flow cytometry, particle sizing, paints, light scattering by non-spherical and spherical particles, and radar backscatter.
