XPP-Aut XPP-Aut (X-Windows Phase Plane plus Auto) is a tool for solving differential equations, difference equations, delay equations, functional equations, boundary value problems, and stochastic equations that usually arised in dynamical systems. It incorporates the bifurcation package AUTO and provides an easy interface between solving the ODEs and computing the bifurcation diagrams. Two- and three-dimensional color graphics and animation are supported.
