SYSFIT

SYSFIT solves parameter estimation problems where the parameters are part of a dynamical, i.e. time dependent system of nonlinear equations descibing a steady-state-model. Special applications are receptor-ligand binding models based on the mass equilibrium equation.

License Type:   Free for students if used only for diploma thesis or dissertation, moderate fee for University institutions, and license contract for industry.
