SVMT The proposed C++ Scalar, Vector, Matrix and Tensor (SVMT) class library standard specifies an Application Programmer's Interface (API) for scalar, vector, matrix and tensor arithmetic class libraries. The SVMT portable reference library is used by SVMT class library developers to verify their own implementations of the proposed C++ SVMT class library standard API but may also be used by scientists and engineers to develop portable high performance application programs.
