Remark: VB A (B 12.66m, 81", 325deg; C 8.65m, 140", 321deg). Usually varies in the range 2.29m - 2.44m V. On 1972 september 26/27 in the interval 23h58m - 00h02m UT it was bright (0.7m V), then at 00h09m UT decreased to 2.4m V [06875]. On 1847 November 5 the star was 3.5m, then the brightness increased but on November 6 it was still fainter than normal [09606].
